Digital Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join our amazing team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Account Director and Business Director to help lead and grow a dynamic team with several key agency accounts. This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of Digital Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic, Audio Visual media and Podcasts.
We’re looking for someone with strong planning and buying experience across Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Display (programmatic) who wants to work across the various Digital media channels. The role is fast paced and varied and would suit someone who can plan, build and optimise Paid Social, Paid Search and Display campaigns.

How you’ll make an impact
We’re looking for a strong Digital Account Manager with the ability to lead and influence!
You will come in and hit the ground running - managing key accounts as well as relationships with clients and media owners. People are key to our success, your impact on nurturing and growing your team will be equally as important in developing a high performing team.
You will collaborate with your team to implement and execute agreed media strategy across your clients, creating insight driven media campaigns!
What will be the main focus of the role?
- Planning and Buying across Digital media channels - Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
- Implement the long-term client strategies
- work on new business development/pitches/presentations
- Manage and build a high performing team
- Lead internal meetings and group presentations
- Actively involved in client & media owner meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and managers
- Support the Account Director and deputise where appropriate
- Keep up with media industry news and developments online
Experienced required
- 3+ yrs implementing & optimising Social, Search and/or Display campaigns
- proficient in taking ownership of several client accounts
- working on client briefs to a high standard, integrating with various departments
- strong understanding of campaign performance data
- strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse data
- establishing and managing long-term client strategies and business objectives
- confident communicator; written and verbal. Leading client calls and reporting
- proactive and self-motivating
- enjoys a fast-paced environment
