SEO Account Director
We're looking for an experienced SEO Account Director. Come join the team!
We have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Account Director to join our team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Board Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of SEO, from strategy and planning through to implementation, optimisation, and reporting, whilst servicing ARM’s list of clients, managing a direct report and playing a role in aiding in the delivery of All Response Media’s vision on SEO and CRO and helping grow opportunities.
Client:
Day-to-day client servicing (Leading Calls/Meetings as required)
Reporting and optimisation of campaigns
Identifying new in-client growth opportunities
Aid growth across the SEO and CRO client base
Synchronisation with other media teams/campaigns.
Agency Landscape developments and updates - futureproofing
Team:
Develop a high performing team, providing hands-on support and mentorship.
Work closely with the Paid Digital Team to integrate across a wider media mix and unearth further potential opportunities
Align with the client teams on campaign planning, delivery and review.
Agency:
Research tools – help influence best tech for the job required
Facilitate in SEO strategy & proposition development alongside Board Director/s.
Expand our CRO proposition and how it links into our offline media
Collaborate on new business pitches
Keep the agency well-informed of developments with client, team and industry updates
Collaborating with different departments and making SEO more accessible to the wider agency.
Working with Digital and Data & Systems Teams to drive better data/analytics integration and streamlined reporting purposes.
Attending industry events where possible to drive new initiatives
A knowledge/ambition to learn more about/be exposed to wider media channels, agency mission and how SEO fits in.
Requirements
Strong experience in SEO and CRO management
Strong experience across a range of SEO and CRO tools (Not limited to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, VWO, Instapage, Data Studio, HotJar, Optimizely, Optimize, SEM Rush; Ahrefs; Screaming frog; Webtrends etc)
Knowledge of SEO best practice
Strong client management and presentation skills
Ability to turn insight into action
Positive, ambitious and collaborative team player
Commercial awareness - work with other teams to identify client opportunities
Inquisitive and questioning – ensure you are asking the right questions and seeing things through
Data driven – let the data do the talking and is driving the decision-making process
