All Response Media (ARM) is looking for an Account Manager who brings pace, precision and client confidence. If you are interested in smart AV strategy, big brands and high‑energy agency life, you’ll feel right at home!
Joining the team in London, you will work closely with the AD and BD to support the planning, activation and delivery of AV-led media campaigns across linear TV/ BVOD/ CTV/ OOH/Print/ Radio/ Podcasts and Audio.

💡 What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a trusted Account Manager, owning the delivery and performance of multi‑channel campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, OOH, Print and Audio. Your days will include:
Lead planning and buying across Offline: DRTV, Radio, OOH, Print
Manage client relationships, presenting plans, insights and performance with confidence.
Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Reporting/analysis/optimisations: delivering clear, actionable insights & recommendations.
Confident using industry tools (TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB etc.) to uncover insight and drive optimisation.
Build strong relationships with media owners.
Handle financial admin, billing and reconciliation.
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
🚀 What you’ll bring
3+ yrs’ media agency experience, including DRTV planning and buying.
Strong understanding of TV/BVOD/CTV planning, reporting and optimisation.
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal - confident leading client meetings and presentations.
Analytical, organised, commercially minded, with solid Excel skills.
Proactive, ready to take ownership and “hit the ground running.”
